The DS3 in all its forms has been on sale in the UK for just over a year now, the club has just over 1100 members. There have been a few organized meets, the Kent Meet had 16 DS3's on the day, not bad I think for club that could still be regarded as being in its infancy. Check the members map to see how wide spread we are, this obviously makes organizing a large meet a difficult job. I'm sure as the club grows the meets will be bigger and better
just try an convince as many as poss to travel to sumwhere completly central and get as many as poss biggest meet ever would be amazin !!!!!!!!!!!!! hard to do but not impossible
We used to have fantastic salisbury meets on the disco 3 forum, 40+ discovery 3's all over salisbury plain following the mod tank tracks........awesome offroading weekends - and we'd virtually book up a hotel in Amesbury which made for some 'well-oiled' evenings after the offroading. Meets need to have a specific focus to attract maximum members, IMHO.
I love off roading! My brother did one of the Salisbury plain meets. It was wicked. But yeah. Should meet somewhere pretty cool like some wicked roads to drive on or even a circuit. God knows how much that costs though. We have to organise one for august time. Where's the best central place to meet down here?
