Hello people looks like iam getting a DS3 but what colour . Really want a white one but it's a grand more than I want to spend 14K for limited edition white 1.6 petrol . Or a thorium grey one 17in alloys and chrome scuff plates on the doors . These are from Arnold crap pre registered cars. While iam asking questions what kinda MPG are you guys getting from the 1.6 petrol?

Don't know about petrol mpg, I'd imagine 40-45, in my 1.6 HDi I get around 60+ normally though, mines is a yellow & black dsport+ by the way, again pictures in the DS3 pictures section for you to compare colours

I have the 1.6 THP petrol and can easily achieve over 50mpg on a run with mixed driving and I have only covered 600 miles so farso would expect some improvement when the engine frees a little more. Over 25 miles to work the best DIS reading I have obtained is 59 at the end of the journey. That is as good as my husbands Audi diesel and my THP will hit 62 a lot quicker.
Test the diesel and the petrol. The THP is a great engine, super smooth. If you drive it like you nicked it the mpg will drop of course. Service at 20k miles is far better than the diesel at 12.5k. Tax is more, petrol is cheaper than diesel, horses for courses but I am damn pleased we got the THP..........Comment
