Maybe our man on the inside could find out some more info but who thinks an HDI 160 engine from a DS4 in a DS3 would be a blast?

Given that Mini now have the Cooper SD with a 2.0L TDI engine from a 1 series now fitted, I think the DS would murder it!!!

When I found out about the DS4's HDi 160 engine I did think that would be nice, not sure if it would fit in the engine bay though, quite cramped at the mo.

The HDi 160 has been out before DS3 came onto the scene as it was available in the Citroen C5. I would hazard a guess that we may see an introduction of a similar engine to the range, but it won't be for some time.
