Dealers....help!

Hello to all those in the know, I ordered a space saver and bracket for my DS3 probably about 6 weeks ago now and still no sign, is there a problem with getting them at the min? Everytime I ask they just say it's not arrived. I was quoted about £90 for everything. Can anyone do any better? Getting a bit fed up of waiting now and don't want to be in the situation where all i fins is the crappy puncture repair kit in my boot mid-crisis. Lol.

Your parts will most likely be on back order from Citroen, 6 week is a little on the long side. No chance the dealer could swap you from a Demo car?

Nothing wrong with the Repair kit! Used them for over 5 years now with no problems.

Hi all these parts are avail so theres no reason to wait this long however there is issues with the tyres but I should be able to get them ok as for the £90.00 can you find out what thats for as I dont think they are supplying you the tools etc get back to me and I will sort you out.

Hi, the £90 is for the space saver, and the wheel brace/tool kit. Think he said £50 for just the space saver. Thanks. I chased it up again last week but no luck yet.

As I found out you also need to buy the tool tray for the jack and wheel brace to avoid a big dip in the boot.

I am led to believe it's for everything but I just want one either way, can anyone get one with all the bits, can;t seem to get a straight answer from citroen at the mo.
