Rippled/rusty paint on 4 week old DS3!

Hi,
Has anyone experienced rippled paint on the full length of the side skirts, just below the door sills?
Ours is looks rusty between the front and rear wheels. We didn't notice it from new so it's hard to say whether it's just happened or been there from the start. It looks terrible! Will post a photo when I get one...

It's an old issue was discussed in depth last year.
Apparently it is normal...they bring the underseal up the sides a bit and then it gets painted the body colour.
I doubt that the marks are rust, more likely dirt or the wax that the cars are covered with when they leave the factory, should have been cleaned off during PDI.

John is correct the lower part of the car has a heavy paint finish in order to protect the car, you will find that this is the norm on most cars these days not just Citroen.

Hmmm if it's normal then fair enough. It's just once you notice it it looks awful. Our other car isn't like that, smooth as a babies bum all the way to the bottom....

Just finished washing mine actually. Only managed to get the roof and the mirror caps waxed though as it started to spit with rain.
