Spent 4 hours washing and waxing my cars ready for the coming winter, the wax i used will protect the cars throughout the winter, so was well worth the time...pics taken with my iphone so could better...

John the wax is Collinite Insulator Wax 845, an application can last up to 6 months

Not quiet a B/W thing mate, my TT is dark blue, although i admit in the pics it looks black....thanks for your comments

Glad you like the wax and glad you came to Mark's last Saturday, that Colinite is looking good!

Here's been my little project this week, just (about) 17 hours so far, got a bit to go yet:

In terms of machining mainly got the bonnet to go, but this soft paint is very thin there and also is prone to hologramming, however, that plus silly temperatures won't stop me!

Just deciding on LSP - the Distinction is most likely going to be more my choice.

Something very satisfying about lifting the finish on older cars...
