I read in the news that all of Citroen's transporters have been declared unroad worthy so they've had to stop all deliveries for the foreseeable future. Something to with improper maintenance and servicing carried out, as well as very dodgey designs being put on the DS3 range. Orla Kiely has gone into hiding, and the PSA board are under investigation by the IRS.
