Hey, let me just start from the beginning to explain the situation before I ask for help. Basically I ordered myself a DS3 D-Sport HDi 110 in Belle-ile Blue/Black all the way back in August. I was originally told I would be driving around by the end of September...... This was me at the time -

Then one day I got a call saying that my car had been delayed until 13th October because the French had all been on holiday (at the same time?) and the factory had been closed all month. Also why the saleswoman wouldn’t know that before confuses me, especially if this is a yearly thing...... This was me at that time - :S (Confused)
Ok then I read on here that all the D-Sport engines were being altered into the e versions of themselves and got a call on the same day saying my car had been delayed once again until the beginning of November. I then put 2 and 2 together and thought that maybe the delay could be because the engines were being changed and my car had not yet been built and I may have been getting the new eHDi 110...... My face by then - :/ (Thoughtful and although annoyed about the delay, excited about possible upgrade)
Ok so today I get a call saying that they had found a DS3 D-Sport HDi 110 available for free release but it was in Cherry Red/Black. So I went down to my dealer to discuss my worries armed with the handy Mr. Bigfeet's jpg of the engine news (Thanks dude). My priorities at the time where; if the Blue car would have the new engine I would wait, but if not then the Red would be more than fine. Simple, right? Well the woman the goes on to tell me that the D-Sports were not getting an engine upgrade and it was only the D-Styles that were being upgraded. I showed her the statement saying "From November, we are pleased to announce the introduction of the eHDi 110 and THP 155 6 speed manual, replacing the HDi 110 and THP 150" yet she still insisted (and get this) that those new engines were the ones being fitted in the D-Styles. Now it is quite clear by the document, which she also had a copy sent to her, that this is not the case...... My face now - :vcebcbecbei (Angry, I was not involved in some sort or accident, resulting in a face deformation)
Can anyone out there please confirm for me that this lady is an idiot and let me know if they have heard anything similar? I just have no faith in this lady now and am so worried that the "red" one will turn up in baby blue with a pink roof. Sorry about the long rant. Sigh.
