Car has left the factory!

Good news at last! I ordered the car 13th July (Dsport+ white/black) and heard nothing for weeks, finally being told "arrival date" being between 26/09/11 and 02/10/11. That in itself was a bit misleading as they couldn't tell me if that was to me, the dealer or just into the UK lol. Then nearing the 26h September the system had an update with a "factory exit date approx 18th October" (i.e. delayed).

Well received an email today saying car has left the factory!

I also saw a transporter full of DS3's at my dealer the other day.

So it would seem Citroen have sorted themselves out and have full production going again, based on these thoughts and the fact others on this forum are starting to get their cars too!

Yep :-) However I'm away on holiday from 21st October until 4th November so am sure I'll be getting it upon my return.

More good news! Dealer rings me today to tell me the car has turned up and would I like to pick it up tomorrow :-) So won't have long with it as going on holiday but can't wait to finally get it!
