Without my ds3 3 weeks in :-(

My ds3 has gone in for repair after some idiot reversed into it so god knows how long will be without it ! Only bonus is have ended up with a 10 plate BMW 1 series 2.0 diesel m sport, nice bit of kit so that has numbed some of the pain lol ! Still not happy though waited 14 weeks 3 weeks on no ds3 :-(

gutted for you, though the BMW do drive well. Ive got a broken wrist and got complications which could possibly stop me driving for a further 10 weeks; my ds3 is sat there and im unable to enjoy it :-( . My wife on the other hand cant keep out of it.

Look on the positive you are saving wear and tear on your DS3 and as a result mileage as well

Well got my ds3 back Saturday , wheel not repaired at all , rear bumper painted 3 substantial sized paint seeds visible so not happy at all and on top of all that someone has washed it with what can only be described As a garden brush , fine scratches all over that look like cobwebs in sun now !! All hard work out of window using lambs wool mit etc !!

Gone mental at insurance but apparantley got to give them chance to rectify , they have now finally ordered new bellone from citroen so there havin car when that's in told them never to wash it again , most of the marks have come out eith my good polish and wax etc but just annoyed at the incompetence

Replace wheel spray bumper I get same scuffed wheel poor paint job and scratches all over "thanks" !!!

For your inconvenience make them polish out the whole car when it goes back, there is no reason you should get your car back in worse shape than when it went in.

God! I know your pain! My ds3 goes in this Saturday for new rear bumper and skirt, fixed exhaust system and full new front end and grill! If there is one bit of orange peel or mark it is getting rejected! What repairer did this to your car? Mine is going to Allen Citroen in Northampton.

Insurer would not give it main dealer only there approved repairer , place in notts some were crash repair centre
