Mine is very high also, i'm always worrying that its about to go and i'v only done 20k. I think it's a Citroen thing though, not sure why :P

Citroen thing I think. My C2 VTS was the same and took a little bit of getting used to after my MR2 Roadster. It probably doesn't help that you've driven something different inbetween driving yours. For just a little over a year up until about March this year I would take my parents to do their weekly shop, my father couldn't drive due to falling over on ice the previous Christmas. I would drive over to my parents house in my C2 and because it wasn't big enough I would drive his car to the supermarket, the biting point was much lower and would occasionally catch me out.
DS3 Racing, also available in White!!!

anyone get what appears to be a slip in higher gears when you accelerate in gear?

Hi Gareth, I have been getting something similar recently especially in 4th and 6th. Car accelerates no problem but when the revs hit around 4000 there is what sounds like clutch slip and the revs seems to blip then after a second all is back to normal. I know for certain that the clutch is fine so suspect that it may have something to do with the mapping.

Waiting on a leaky waterpump being replaced then the car will be onto a dyno for a power run so any problems should manifest themselves then.

              Cheers,

              Coops.

It's definitely a Citroen thing, I believe you can get the clutch tightened on some models, I asked about it when I had my C2 but it was one that couldn't be tightened
