Allen Citroen Bodyshop Northampton

Does anyone have any info of these guys as to whether they are any good for repairing my smashed up 10 day old DS3? I can't find any reviews online anywhere and have no idea about these guys. I will take a trip down there today for an assessment but will not commit unless happy.

I am taking my camera and will post the pics later. Will induce a tear or two!!

Well I limped the DS3 to Northampton today and he they seemed friendly enough and my main concern was about having new everything. He put me at ease and stated categorically the damage was certainly sufficient to warrant a new front and rear bumper, grill, chrome, parking sensors etc etc. The full extent of the damage will only be revealed when the bits are removed and examined underneath. It hasn't been up on a lift yet either. The exhaust certainly needs something doing as the elbow is completely snapped and the exhaust is hanging about 5 inches lower and wobbles around!!

So I guess it's up to them to do a good job once I drop it back it off there soon.

As they are one of a major insurance companies main bodyshop repairers in a wide distant perhaps it will be of interest if I keep people here abreast of treatment the car receives. After all, god forbid, any one else should get an idiot smash them it is reassuring to know a good trust worthy body shop.

So its up to Allen Citroen to prove themselves as good as their word!!!
