Personally I'm not sold on the look of them but each to their own.....

Fitted to mine and I think they're great and rather discreet, and don't spoil the look of the car in any way

Yeah I prefer the open window too. I usually open both which stops the buffeting sound.

I had the wind deflectors on my previous car but ditched them as they didn't look the part really.

If I drove around with the windows open I think I'd probably get them but as I have AC on all the time I don't think I'll ever actually use them

I think wind deflectors look best on a Nissan Almera driven by a 70 year old gimp....but that's only a personal view

Before noticing them on DS3's last time I remember seeing them was when I was in Australia for 3 weeks, loads of the big old V8s had them fitted

I too get the helicopter noise when driving 50+ with the windows down I think it comes from the wind passing over the seat belts aswell , so I think with the deflectors deflecting the wind it would reduce the noise .
now I've seen how easy they are to fit (thanks WTF) I will no doubt be purchasing a set
                  If in Doubt FLAT OUT!!!!!!!!

Anyone ever seen a white roof DS3 with wind deflectors? I'm thinking of getting a set, but I have my doubts about the look. So if anyone can find/take a picture, that would be great!

                      The wind deflectors are transparent...

I know that, but they are tinted, no? I think it doesn't look bad with a black roof, but maybe it'll look strange with a white roof? (and that's why there are no existing pics?... )

My ones are tinted slightly. This photo shows with the window open for a comparison in colour.

Just wondering if ive fitted mine properly, there in and says to leave for 12 hours windows up. But to be honest i dont see how they will stay in? My old heko ones on a corsa had double sided aticky tape at a corner then came with 3 clips u push up inbetween the deflector and groove to hold them secure. Only bit that doesnt seem quite right is where the rubber seal is at the bottom...
                                Any help?
