I think you should have insisted they left the mats in the car if they are part of the Orla Kiely package.

but they just standard mats.

I have a spare set of orla kiely mats for sale, 2 rear and passenger, no driver mat unfortunately. Very hard to get hold of so willing to sell for the right price!
