Hi and welcome. I have the 150 THP. First off some have had problems, but mine has now done 2500 miles including a trip to france, and has not skipped a beat. Must say that I drove it on Sunday in an absolute down pour and floored it. Bit naughty but it handled superb and just took off as thou it was dry. Amazing. Mph don't no and tbh not to bothered. Best thing is to test drive a few different models.

Welcome to the forum, & yes I would definitely recommend the DS3. Don't be put off by the fact that there have been some problems with the THP engine I'm sure there a many more that haven't failed. I've had my Racing since early April & have done 4,500 miles, I'll be putting another 800 miles on her this weekend with a trip to Scotland. Door to door it's 360 miles & I did it non stop back in August, it's really fun to drive & comfortable too. I'm sure you'll be able to find something in the range that'll suit you.
DS3 Racing, also available in White!!!

I'm not 100% on this but I think most problems with the THP are in earlier models.

I've had no trouble at all with mine, only done about 8k miles though

From what I've read most of the issues tend to appear from 16k onwards.

I've had my ds3 for about 20 months now, I love driving it but I wouldn't recommend buying one due to my customer experience with Citroen. Nor will I ever be buying a Citroen or Peugeot again.

              Yes!

I swapped from a 58 Ibiza Sport to a DS3 Dstyle+ and absolutely love it. Much better car, better handling and just feels more premium.

If I could go back 8 months I would buy the dsport 110

                (i have the 90HDi atm)

about 6k miles in and not one problem.... apart from not enough cup holders =]

I like the look of the seat, but it really is just a vw further down the production chain. best thing is how much your DS3 will stand out compared to a seat. Also go DIESEL! yaay
