Had some mud flaps fitted to my ds3 today which I didn't think was a hard job. However whichever idiot took the rear wheels off my car to fit them looks like they have used a set of pliers to take the bolt covers out and put deep scratches all over my black bellones.what should I do now? The scratches are on the inside where the wheel bolts are so would they paint or 'smart repair' which was mentioned? I feel like asking for a 2 new alloys! What do I do now? Im waiting for a call from perrys which will be in the new year!!!!

Perrys did fill in one of these sheets and there was no damage noted on it so they have to fix it right?. The person I showed the damage to said it will be ok because they are "double painted" however The scratches are quite deep and go through the black paint to the metal. I'm worried that they will corrode and if perrys do nothing then when I try and claim under the corrosion warranty they will say I scratched them myself and do nothing. Just out of interest how much would 2 black bellones cost me to replace?

If they filled out that damage sheet and did not note any wheel damage they are 100% responsible for the damage when you pick it up. That is the dealership not Citroen. Perrys caused it and they need to fix it or replace period.Originally posted by cyclone
It is in the handbook. Satisfied.

As already pointed out you should have completed a 'Job sheet' which will have an agreement on the condidtion of the car before work started. This sheet includes the wheels.
I take it that no over job has been completed which involves the wheels being removed, so I would suggest speaking with your Service Manger and voice your complaint will them, make sure you get them to examine the damage in question.
I doubt that you will receive replacement wheels and a bit if light scratching is acceptable when trying to remove the covers but as none of us can see the damage it is hard to judge.
Best bet is to try and get your Dealer to agree to have the marks removed via a SMART repair....I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!
