Anybody had any dealings with this dealership. Looking at ordering a white/black 1.6 dsport hdi but when in there salesman thought I was joking as only 21. Never even offered a test drive!. I know a couple of people have had bad dealings with them especially their service department!

I had a similar experience with BCC in Bolton. Walked in, told him what I was looking at and then started asking me all about my personal life i.e. what I did for a living, where I live, etc.. I got a brochure from him and went and bought one from Warrington instead.

If the dealer's not willing to give you his time why should you bother to give him your custom? At the end of the day he's going to be the one who's missed out.

Just make sure that when you've bought the car you take it over to that dealership for any warranty jobs

They could be abit trying at time, i ordered mine from newcitroendeals.co.uk even though i got staff discount, came out £100 a month cheaper!!

Depends who you deal with, i always got on best with Gareth and he was always willing to help, and tbh seemed a little embarassed by the other guys!!

I got mine from David Fox in Harrogate, I think they are quite good. Better than a lot of the other dealerships out there. Would definitely recommend it.
