Well studly, to me it does seem fast I've been driving a 1.2 punto for the last 4 years. Still I didn't buy it for the speed, I bought cause I love it!!!!

Well when your paying a decent amount for a new car and it has faults which occured 2 weeks after picking it up and which citroen cannot seem to rectify after nearly 5 months of investigation i believe it's my right to have a whinge lol.

Glad your enjoying yours rambo i may have been too critical saying they are "slow", more like reasonable in the speed stakes but i went for the diesel for the economy and tax saving.

any new car can have its problems its just luck imo no need to moan about it.

its a hdi 90 its not going to be fast if you wanted a bit of poke then the THP should have been the one to go for

however you will get awsome mpg with the hdi 90 and after its got more miles on it , it will only get better

I was tempted by the thp but economy won me over so i knew when i went for the white edition hdi that it wasn't going to be speedy
But the problem is since the first engine warning light and some pre-heat part replaced i'm still getting intermittent engine warning lights and i'm only getting 40 - 45mpg or just scraping 50mpg if i drive like a granny. I was getting over 60 before the engine fault light etc and this is what hasn't been rectified since sept so awesome mpg is not applicable to this car atm.

First post here, glad to see the DS3 has such an active forum.
              Personal economy drive has me swapping my C5 2.0HDi for a DS3 e-HDI 90.
Loved the DS3 from the moment I saw one, when I was buying the C5 - lugging around a hunk of steel for 12 months without EVER needing the space is foolish
              So glad to be here.

Got a DStyle Plus in white (usual standard trimmings) on order - even had the generic thank you from the UK Citroen MD !

Had a good trawl (troll?) through the posts and have the Osram Nightbreaker Plus' on order (had to fit HID's and LED's to the C5 as the standard bulbs were pretty much useless to anything but rabbits)

Anyone with thoughts on the standard stereo in this car?
Have had BOSE in an A6 - awesome, stock C5 - not too bad, so hgow does the DS3 without HiFi compare?
Awaiting delivery date for my DS3 DStyle+ e-HDI - eco debt buster
              Bye bye C5 Tourer 2.0HDi

The standard stereo in the DS3 is fine by my opinion, but the Hi- Fi upgrade is excellent to my ears, even better then the Denon set-up in the DS4.
