Rubber seal

Hi, i noticed this little bump on my driver window rubber seal this morning. Know how this is caused or how to fix it? Ive tried pressing it down and wont go back into place.

Wrap a butter knife in a thin cloth and run it under the whole length of the seal, it's likely pinched somewhere making it stick out there

Hmm in that case why not try a tiny bit of silicon sealant poked behind it and then hold it down until it sets and hopefully holds the seal in place. Just be careful you won't accidentally stick the seal to the window and stop it opening.
