Morning all,
Just fishing to see if anyone else has the Note8 and if they have had any issues trying to connect to the stereo via USB only?
Works fine with iPhone 6S. Not so much with Note 8. Plug it in and I am greeted with "USB peripheral error" message on the stereo's display.
On the phone, a menu does pop up and asks what you would like to do with this new thing it's found, such as: "Transfer Files" - "Charge Device" - "MIDI"
All options tried, same error message.
I hate and detest the Bluetooth system in my car. Its never worked properly and you cant access the playlists of files via the radio or stalks. The quality has always been really poor and I am adamant to get a hardwired fix in place.
So if anyone has this issue, or has a Note8 and everything works fine, reply below and help a stressed lad out.
