  • DS3 Accident repair

    Hello, new to the forum after being a DS3 owning for 6 months. Loving the car but had an unfortunate accident in the snow on Saturday . On first glace it didn't look there was any damage just a broken wheel arch lining and driving light surround. However when I came to open the passenger door it wouldn't open and I realised the wing had been pushed in. I have had a quote of £400 for the wing, spraying and blending...does this seem reasonable? Would I be better suppying my own parts? If so can anyone recommend someone/where please? I have had a quick look and on the Internet they are;
    wing £56
    driving light surround £55
    wheel arch lining £60
    Thank you

    If you're going to keep the car for a while I would use a genuine wing, It'll cost a lot more but it'll be a better fit and there ill be less chance of it to it rusting.

    A lot of the repair cost goes on the labour and in the prep for a good job.

    What can happen on a cheap panel.
