my car has been in an approved insurence garage 15 weeks. It's a ds3 cabrio 2014. This is due to criminal damage the back end of the car was attacked with a shovel this left me devostated. After 6 weeks I got the car back only to have to send it them back as roof looks like a consotina and isn't locking. It was returned to them. The next 3 weeks it was just stood in the garage while apparently they were waiting for direction from citreon. They have got 'apparently ' a roof specialist who apparently said it needed a black mechagnism box but was waiting for my insurence to ok it.
the insurence are saying that the garage are saying it's not accident related. But the garage papers for the work say R / Roof Rail replaced. No one is accepting responsibility they are trying to fob me off and it still has an unfixed roof as they are stating it's wear and tear. On a 2014 ? I don't know where to go with this could someone please advise me of what to do. I've started the complaints with my car insurence they have 8 weeks to have an outcome. So 10th July I'll get there decision
