How bad does the corrosion have to be before Citroen will replace the wheels? Some of mines only have very small white marks almost like chips on the centre cap.

You can take them to get checked out whenever you want, if its still under warranty, otherwise it will probably cost you. The corrosion generally occurs around the centre caps though, not actually on them. Looks like this:

Mines look not half as bad as those will try and get a picture of them up.

Would love for them to get replaced under warranty.

Had all 4 wheels changed by Citroen under warranty . Corrosion was around centre caps not as bad as previous picture.

Mine are looking a bit worse for wear, not in warranty

So: Each wheel comes off , in turn, over winter, and a light sanding down with wet and dry, maybe fine grade sandpaper, then clean well with some specialised solution, then clear lacquer top coat

Done it before, and they looked half decent from standing and looking at them.
