2015 dstyle nav or 2016 elegance

I'm looking to get a ds3 but got completely overwhelmed with all the different specs and models. Anyway I think I've narrowed it down to the 2015 dstyle nav or 2016 facelift elegance. Is there really much difference between the two? Any thoughts from anyone who owns one. Will probably go with the 1.2 petrol
