My wifes car has just come back from having the rear end repaired after some numpty hit her from behind. It needed rear bumper and tailgate repaired. The tailgate was taken off so was disconnected from the LH D Pillar connection. Since getting it back the unit switches on but the mute is constantly on so there is no sound and you can't turn it off. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem.
