Disappearing oil

Hey guys after owning the car for a few months it’s become known to me that roughly after 3-4 weeks of the oil being changed the car is needs an oil top up. But when looking at the dipstick it reads that the car has little if no oil at all. Anyone else have this issue it’s in the THP 155 model. Thanks
