Temperature Gauge Not Movinf

Hi all

Please can anyone help with the below

My temperature gauge (below the speedo) doesn't move and my heater doesn't heat up.

No matter how far I drive the gauge doesn't move. And the fan air is barely hotter than I can yawn.

Coolant level is at max too.

Went to citroen to get it checked and they cant find a fault with the vehicle. Apparently the vehicle is performing as it should.
