something stuck in my heater??

Hi all.
It appears I may have something stuck in my heating system? There is a weird rattling sound that only appears when the heating/air con is on and the rattling seems to get faster as the fan speed is increased.
Anyone ever experience anything similar, hoping we’ll just be able to flush it it out!?!

We managed to dislodge it and the piece of gravel flew out of the fan outlet in the driver footwell!
