Fuel leak

Hi, my 2015 Ds ds3 has a ‘fuel system component leak under vehicle near fuel tank’ and failed an mot last Saturday. I have since noticed fuel on the road where I park it overnight and now think this has been leaking for a couple of months now. Do any of you had similar problems? By the way It’s done 20500 miles, with full service history. Thanks

No, I haven't. Where under the car is the leak- around the fuel tank? under engine?

Probably a seal, or loose fitting, maybe damage

have you had any work done over the last few months, or received a knock underneath from a stone, or potholes?

Need to get it up in the air to have a look
