DS3 Manual Locking Button

I have just bought a DS3 for my wife and are having an issue with the Manual Central Locking button on the dash, basically to cut a long story short it does not work as described in the manual. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the diagnosis and repair if any?

Hi Scott. No, not heard of this one. Can you hear it click when you press the button?

Could be a fuse, or a faulty relay

Under any form of warranty?

Hi Chris, there is no clicking sound when the button is pressed and no light indication either, so think it will be a visit to the garage as its still under warranty.

Thought I'd ask the question incase there was an easy fix

fuse maybe, sometimes lack of power (Battery) may be as simple as broken connection- finding its the thing
