Auto wipers deactivated

Hi guys my ds3 wipers work until it hammers down with rain, they then decide to stop working all together and it comes up on the screen auto wipers deactivated. Any ideas what the problem may be fast replies please

Hi Dan. Probably faulty screen sensor? Or its dirty- by rearview mirror

The rear works fine could it be the relay or grounding ?

I would say the sensor, but hey, I'm no auto electrician.
