Hi guys, new on here and in need of some advice and assistance. Got a 2014 dstyle plus 1.6 diesel. I was extracting some excess oil via the dipstick pipe the tube I had was 2 piece and glued together for some reason the thinner end has gone and got stuck tried pulling out and pushed further down and just wondering if the pipe gets into the sump if and what damage could it do. Can it get into crankcase etc or is it likely to just sit in sump tray and go nowhere. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi guys, just to update you on my dilemma, so couldn't see the tube and bought a little endoscope which proved helpful in showing that the tube has gone into the sump now the tube is probably 10mm in dia and circa 400mm in length. I can’t see a way of getting it out without removing the sump and just wondering what's best to do now, as I don't have the facility to do myself will have to take garage.
