So I didn't sleep with excitement but now the DS3 is mine!!! :-)

Picked up my DS3 Dsport this morning from Pentagon Oldham at 9.45 and he (named Monte) is fantastic! I actually shrieked with excitement when I put my foot down for the first time... it really does live up to all my expectations!!

We had a few problems with getting the car/iphone to stream music from my phone through the car stereo which I think got my dealer a little panicked but once we had plugged my phone in by USB it suddenly started picking up the music on my husband's phone (which we'd also tried to connect earlier).

I drove up the biggest (and steepest) hill in my area and it ate it up no problem...in fact I would go as far to say it LOVES hills... a far cry from my 10 year old Punto I left at the dealership this morning (although there were a few tears since its been with me longer than my husband).

Hee Hee thanks Chris... Thinking I'm going to be annoying my friends and family for a little while... Have got off the sofa to look at him out the window three times already as I'm completely smitten. Can't wait to drive to
work tomorrow... shame I actually have to work when I get there!

Dont know any HIM DS3s? Mind you he looks a moody one!

Make sure you dont drive all the way to work with the headlights on- I never noticed for the first few days that
my lights were always on

Yep all my cars have been 'him's! Goddess or not it doesn't feel right me having such an intimate relationship with a her. lol.
Luckily my Punto did the same in terms of headlights but thanks for the heads up!!
