We all took in turns to look through the letter box holes, the car was parked at an angle, with the rear to the view finders.

No one really hung around to look for a long time, so I think overall it wasn't received as 'amazing' was still cool to be some of the first to see it

Yeah, it's not a full convertable, as Martin said it's like the Fiat 500, the sardine tin soft top

The best thing and a roll rag top is that on the Pluriel you could open and close the roof on the move up to 55 mph!

                  posted yesterday

Citroen has sold more than 200,000 copies of their models in the DS series, and will soon offer expanded version of the Cabrio model DS3.

This should happen at this year's Paris Motor Show, but until then here are some renders showing its probable appearance.

                  Posted yesterday

Give someone a finger and he / she wants a hand, so are people like that. That proved itself in 2010 when Citroën DS3 suggested, the first question that was asked when "there will be a convertible." That answer until today they have not officially given, but the rumors and leaks confirm its coming. A few days ago, employees were invited to the Citroën factory in Poissy to come for a meeting. They were clear that there is a "very special car" was waiting on them. Once the guests were arriving in small groups, take a look. Attendees are now definitely known to have seen the DS3 convertible.

"Take a DS3, add the Fiat 500C-roof added, maintaining the spoiler, add a chrome-list to ensure the suitcase, and you have the DS3 convertible," said a worker in France. Under the hood there would be a brand new three-cylinder shelter, which will DS3 convertible should share with the Peugeot 208. This new engine is 82 horsepower and gets a small turbocharger for that extra power. The remaining engine pallet are the same as that of the DS3. Whether the DS3 Racing also comes without roof is questionable. Just to say again that we want more than the proverbial finger ...

if it just flaps back like the 500 then nah, but if it truly is like the pluriel then i think i would be interested. The arches are removable if im correct in the pluriel meaning true open top ness or for milder weather keep the arches and have a massive sunroof. liking the sound of this. to be honest i would have liked something like 205 convertible but for the price of buying another a new ds3 i might as well get one as i always wanted one lol

It didn't look like the arches were removable.

No removable arches.Of course we cannot confirm or deny that the pics are correct. They said no pics not that it wasn't to be discussed.

I know 2 Pluriel owners who have to wear wet-weather gear inside their cars when it rains heavily. And the removable arches aren't so great - there's nowhere to stow them on the move, so you have to leave them at home. Not good if you need to park anywhere, or it rains...

In fact, I've never seen one in the UK with its arches removed.

Not keen on the sardine-tin roof, tbh - the rear visibility looks pathetic. The 2CV was much better in that department - you could roll back the roof & still see out of the rear window. So much for progress!
