What does the photo of the car boot open refer to on the tyre pressure label? Is it talking about a spare wheel?

The code before the pressure relates to the space saver spare, so I suppose so yeah. Seems pretty high though! -
It's correct, the reason it's so high is because the wheel is so small and has to support a large weight.
If you think about it bike tyres are the same.

I don't have a space saver tyre for my car, just the repair kit compressor.
