    Howdoo,
I've had a hdi90 white edition for the last year and enjoyed driving it. It has been a great little car and I have loved every minute. Only the hole in the carpet, the electric window problem and crap Citroen service dept have been a small fly in the ointment. I decided to test drive the 110hdi D Sport and see what it is like compared to mine as i fancy a change in a short while. Well what can I say. Chalk and cheese! Where the 90 can sometimes feel flat below 2k revs the 110 was so much better and noticeably quicker. Also, the 6 speed gearbox is head and shoulders better. Where mine sometimes feels sloppy with long throws the 6 speed feels tight with short throws. Wow, what a difference!
My dealer has a hdi D sport plus 61 plate in white for 16,999k which after looking on autotrader is 1 - 2k more expensive than others with similar or less mileage and similar or younger cars.
    Oh decisions decisions!

Go for it. I've got the 110hdi D Sport Plus. I do about 800 miles per week and it never misses a beat. The 6 speed makes all the difference.

50, 000 miles jesus have you had it a while?

I got a quote for a d sport hdi, they quoted 317 a month, over 3 years 20k miles per year in met black with 1k dep. I thought that was expensive. Plus they offered me £9500 for my white edition hdi with 24k miles on a May 11, 11 plate. Not sure if that is ok or not to be honest? It just clears the finance as that is what i owe.
Am off to mini and audi tomorrow to test drive

From my knowledge dealers are especially good at offering just about what is left on the finance for a car ;P
This might partly be because thats about what its worth and also because they know thats at least what you want for it so I would push for a bit more :P

Go for the 110 - I've had mine almost two months and have done 6000 miles - makes me smile every time I drive the thing which usually wears off after a couple of weeks with me but not with this one.

The 6 speed box is so much better than the 5 speed in the 90 like you said.

My Leon had a 6 speed gearbox and when i decided to buy a DS3 a 6 speed was a must and watching a Carbuyer report swayed me. Was going to buy a hdi90 and glad I didn't.

I am not slagging the 5 speed gearbox cos if you don't drive the 6 speed you have nothing to compare and it feels fine. You just get used to the long throws. It is when you drive the 6 speed and realise what a diffrerence there is
