Yeah its true, a mate of mine told me about this a few years ago, only in america eh !
There was also a one about a woman who took a huge well known burger company to court and won $2m because no one told her that eating 6 burgers a day would make her obise !!
Some people are just idiots. Wouldnt they think that everybody would not have drivers in the drivrs seats if this was the case, who would ever drive :S
I recall reading something like this a good few years back, it led to notices being put in driving manuals to state the obvious (or not so to our US chums!).
