You want to know if you can trust them to sort it?!

This thread must be a wind up!

Speed alone does not constitute dangerous driving.

As previously said its a TWOC. There is a stated case on it which I will try and dig out for you tomoz. If it was my car I would report it to the Police or get one hell of a good deal from the dealership.

Was it Citroen on Park Rd? Was it the mobile camera on Manchester Rd?

Not being one to muddy the waters but are you sure when you signed off the Job Card that you didn't give verbal consent to allow the workshop a final test one?

Our CT here lives about 50 miles away and for time to time, with customers permission, he will take a customers car home to make sure that any fix complete is working correctly. Grant he will only drive the car to his house and back again but I was wondering if this is what your dealer was intending.

              This is another issue again

I gave verbal permission only for a mechanic living in Bolton to drive the car from work to home and back again a week before the offence. The man who got the speeding fine lived in Oldham some 20 - 30 miles away. This second person I gave no permission to what so ever, to drive my car. With the time of the offence being on a Sunday out of business hours on his day off, unless he was paid for his time, I see this as purely personal use

To many lies and deceitful behaviour from this garage

                Is it Citroen at Oldham?

What have you done about it?

I got mine from Pentagon Citroen in Oldham and currently experiencing some problems I need to take the car back for (stereo related). Id really like to know if the mechanic that has done this is from the same place so I can be 'armed' as I'm not overwhelmed by their after sales service so far myself!

                      Quick update;

After a couple of weeks worth of heated discussions we have settled on an outcome. The dealer will buy my car back off me, gives me about £500 after settling the finance, approx £500 dealer deposit and they'll give me a improved rate of finance (6.4% apr) on any new or used car.

Decided to use this as an opportunity to upgrade to a White DS3 racing, 6 months old with the sat nav and decals. Works out a touch more than I'm paying now but to be fair its a much more expensive car

Took alot of negotiating to get to this but hopefully this will be the end of this mess

To those who asked, it is pentagon Oldham

Surprised you are using the same dealer. Id be as far away from them as possible.

I'm having them buy the car in from another dealership and as soon as the deal is done I'll be taking my business to a different garage
I still intend on addressing these issue with CUK aswell
