You will if your are either the first owner or bought your car through Citroen Select. Recalls are done in batches as not to overload the network so it may be a case that yours will be picked up at a later stage.

Got my official Recall up date from Citroen today and mine is all clear

12 plate and mine has been listed for recall, not heard from the dealership yet so i will call them tomorrow

been and had it done by the sounds of it some part has been fitted thats not up to snuff so bad batch or changed spec i guess

Going in Saturday morning to have mine looked at and the brakes at the same time
