  • Custom Registration's - Yes or No?

    Hi all

Here's another one of my probably now infamous Yes or No questions...

Custom registration's - Yes or No?

Reason being, I'm toying with the idea of getting a custom reg with my initials (GMW), and was wondering what the general feeling is...
How found a potential contender in 'X88 GMW', which is also my year of birth

    Thoughts?

    Cheers

I think they are good if they are personal to you, and not to your car AND you. And also aren't too obscure as to how it is linked to you!

I know of a few C2 guys that have the C2 prefix and now don't own a C2.

Had mine almost 12 years now, bought it when I bought my first new car, also bit of a birthday present to myself as the car arrived 2 weeks after it, transferred it twice since then.

I'm pro custom reg plates. I personally like them as they hide the cars registration date so it keeps those snobs away who insist on having the latest number

The only problem with private numbers is that your car no longer becomes anonymous and everyone know where you have been!
