As I said in my post you MUST sign the agreement for the servicing plan as it is a legal contract between you and Citroen.
Paperwork takes about 6-8 weeks to be processed and you will receive a little card with your details on it....I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!

It just annoys me so much when dealers out there are so slapdash as it tars me with the same brush. The problem is half the time that because some dealers out slash and burn (fainted when I saw the latest residual figures for DS3 by the way) so much that there is very little money left to pay the staff which is why so many have the can't be bothered attitude. Would you work 5 hours for nothing? Now I know that I may be more expensive then other agents out there but means I feel more valued myself come payday for doing a bloody good job which in turn is reflected in my customers experience as I can be bothered and more motivated to make people happy.
I remember the words of my Sales Manager when I worked for Rover many years ago which sums things up nicely...
"When you pay economy you fly economy, when you pay business you fly business"...I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!
