I had the same problem . Evans Halshaw rang me to ask if i wanted to buy a service pack, when i informed her that i should have one she said did i get that in writing! Nice to know they trust their staff. So i wrang Citroen assist they informed me I had only 1 year breakdown cover .

That was the point i went straight to Citroen via Letter and recieved an opology, the card , a copy of the contract( a large yellow sheet)and a DS3 fountain pen!

Mmmmmm, didn't know you got free servicing with the DS3 my dealer never told me when i got the car and when i asked about the sos and citroen buttons in car he just said it's free for the first 3 years, Not got any paper work about it or a card with my details on. looks like it's atrip back to the dealer i've had car since feb.

The Form make up part of the legal contract between you and Citroen UK regarding the services provided. Anyone on here who has received a service card but didn't sign any contract form has most likely had their signature faked by the dealer.

Just to be clear this is the form you are required to sign.

Cheers Biggie. I had a look at the delivery turnaround guide, have you know delivery to be ahead of schedule? Ie within the 18days from factory to dealer?

When i kicked off with citroen and they sent me a copy of the service contract with my signiture on it, i swore blind i never atually signed nor ever saw that contract before..bloody good signiture though.

AS you may remember we also bought a DS4 on Lease after trading In a black/white special addition DS3 on a ELECT 3 deal. we asked the sales consultant if we could get rid before 3 years as i dont tend to keep cars long enough to quilfy for a MOT she said yes just like on Elect 3, which was total bullshit, complained to Citroen they just sent a copy of the contract the other half signed for so we are stuck with the DS4 until 2016, love the car but would have liked to upgrade before then.

Ive hd a MINI, Fiat 500 Lounge and CC and there sales teams are so much more professional esp MINI

You can select your Elect3 agreement at anytime you wish if you wanted change early.

The DS4 is on a 4 year Lease not on Elect 3. Was told by Citroen that if we wanted to change early we would have to settle the full 4 years of payments.

That would the only way to settle any Finance agreement from HP, lease or CH.
