^ YY62UCX is listed as a Leaseplan car so you must have a company car.

            ^ Yes.

Not come across this one before as technically the car belongs to Leaseplan and not you. The service deal was only for retail customers and not contract customers so my thoughts is that Citroen will not allow you to use it.

Do i need to do anything then ? the car was through 'nationwide lease' supplied by Evans halshaw in Hull, the car was delivered straight from the Gefco site in Sandtoft, so i have no paperwork of any kind except for the lease stuff from nationwide lease, is there anyone can check this for me

I would contact Nationwide Lease and ask them what the servicing arrangements are for the car.....

i was hoping for the free servicing that everyone is talking about, nationwide will want to charge me for it probably, what i want to know is should the car come with free servicing ? is it part of the citroen deal ?

From what Biggie said over the page it is included for retail customers, it appears that you aren't a retail customer though as your car is owned by the lease company.

I am absolutely fuming with citroen UK I think they must employ outright liars and useless bunch of people I have ever come across. Bigfeet you helped me get citroen to add on the free service and breakdown cover on their system which has been done but I am STILL waiting for my card from citroen I have rang CUK loads of time and been told oh its sent and nothing at all after two weeks of waiting so rang again it was apparently resent but nothing after waiting a week and half now I rang today and spoke to a manager I told him that people promise phone calls but nothing ever comes of it and he promised to find out the cause and resolve it and call me before 6 today guess what nothing !! no phone call at all and its really pissing me off now for something so simple it seems they cant do anything I dread to think if something serious comes along they are useless I got nothing good to say about them at all and I don't think I will be buying another citroen based on this rubbish experience from start although the car I cannot fault. Ford I think will be my next car as I have nothing but praise from past experience an ST but was considering the GTI 208 or DS3 cabrio not after this though no way.

I went back to my dealer about this has I've had my car since feb 2012 and they basically said tuff you don't get it. Cars due it's first 2 year service next feb so see if they try charging me.
2012 Dsport +, white with black roof. Stubby aerial, Alloy DS3 tax disc holder, Alloy black and silver dustcaps and 3D Gel carbon affect plates. Now with kawasaki green painted brakes.

                            Hi Chris and Tez

I had problems with the service and assistance package being added on against my vin number on citroens system but that's a whole different ball game which eventually got sorted out by the dealer. if you ask the dealer to check on their system with the VIN they can see if service and assistance package contract 8 has been registered against your car. mine is on the system but I am still waiting for all the docs including the servicing card to come through overall this been going on for 5 months. My patience has worn out with them now and I had a heated debate over the phone with some sarcastic girl who was soon stumped when I caught her out lying yet again, it shouldn't have to be like that but I will have to ring them back again tomorrow as they never ever ring me back when promised and I will want answers because I am fed up I am angry writing this out lol. I can honestly say hands down I will not be buying another citroen or Peugeot at the moment I would rather give someone my money that cares and is able to get off their lying ass and do something about a tiny problem they caused by mis-selling me the contract in the first place. Not one person has apologised for the mess they have caused and really don't seem to care once the car has been sold. I love my car its stunning but I would prefer a service that goes with it aswell and I know its hard to get these days but in honesty I know I said it before I think ford blow anyone out of the water with that.

Tez honestly you would be fighting a loosing battle with them they are useless I think they will probably try charging you which was my argument when all this started. There is one girl in the dealer who is really helpful and will get things done but shes so busy i don't want to hound her all the time.

Chris I have the service book but there are no stamps in it as its not due a service yet. i recommend you ask the dealer to see if they have added it on the system their end as you need to sign the contact which if i remember has pink white and yellow sheets, you keep the yellow part the dealer added it on their system and then citroen send you all the stuff takes approx. 8 weeks but mines fair exceeded that lol definitely ring the dealer though and speak to your service dept

I had two fords before my Astra and the customer service was v poor. I think this all depends on your dealer rather than themanufacturer
