As of this month new DS3's only come with a black or white roof :(

Just got a call from my dealer who said we could no longer have the carmen red roof as citroen have stopped all roof colours except black or white.... gutted.

It also makes a mockery of their advertising campaign which focuses on the personalisation capabilities of the DS3

That's a load of bull otherwise why would Citroen be adding the new Infinite Blue to the range if they were stopping roof colours.... I think your dealer needs to wash his mouth out with all the cr** he is talking

If its not true, take the hit and get a white/black roof, then demand a huge discount for being mis-sold.

Alot of garages have bought stock to keep the sales figures up as private sales have declined over the last few months. Me thinks there telling you porkies to get u an unregistered car from dealer stock. Tut tut! Does mean u can ask for loads of discount as they are keen to shift them

I thought the same - that's why I called Citroen Contact Centre - 0844 463 3500, they confirmed it and said it was dropped on them and is for all new orders from the 1st October, my order was made the week before but they came up with some balls about when it get's booked into the factory as an order... I'm not too fussed actually because having to change the roof (I was originally getting Shark Grey / Carmen red) has meant I've reevaluated my colour choice and am going for the Blue with black roof... I've always had Black / Grey / dark cars... time to add some colour to the driveway now!

The car is a Motability one by the way... so the same discounts don't really come into it...

Feel free to call if anybody wants to validate my claim!

The OP is quite right, because of production constraints at present DS3 is no longer available with Carmen Red or Fuchsia Pink roofs until further notice. All current stock orders with those colours have been cancelled.
