Iv had 5 Megane RS's over the last 7 years from the first to the R26R all great

But wanted a change so sold the Megane and got a clk 500 cab for a year and bought my wife a hdi110 DS

But a year in it had constant heater trouble so rejected it and got her the new 155 thp on the back end of the rejection

So as she got her second new car inside a year I sold the Merc and bought the vxr

Not too concerned on finance deal as always pay cash for my cars....... more was interested on what you think of it as a nice car to drive, own etc? (I wouldn't care if the neighbours didn't see it - just love my cars being swirl free with a deep gloss), but last thing I want them is jealous but can see you were joking!

Yeah if you work for BT you get 8% of a new car from vxl

Plus my other deals I struck I got 12% in total

The car in general is very very comfy.
Seat are very well made and support is nice.
Ride is ok. Bit firm but is riding on 20s so it's to be expected for me.
Power is 280 on tap and delivers in a stinking fashion.
In Eco mode ie start stop mode it's still ful of beans and drive like a sports car
Sport mode turns up the delivery a bit more.
Vxr mode adjusts the dampers and steering into its top setting and ramps up the power delivery to its max. A lot of fun
Paint work is very very good. They have made a huge improvement on there red paints.
I have put nano guard on it and the depth and gloss shine is stunning.
Mpg is the only kicker. 28-30 on a run having a play now and then.
22 -24 combined around town.

I'm so so glad I got it.

R20 Rocco

But the astra ticked every box and was the cheapest .

Might not be the best car but for me it was the right choice

I love ds3's so much, im gona swap mine tomorow for a grey and black Dstyle plus. Wanted all black again, so a small a small compromise. But it still looks good.

The only reason I wouldn't have another DS3 is the fact that my Dealer is absolutely useless and that puts me off buying another Citroen. Which is a real shame because I love the car.
