I don't think there is a dedicated thread on how to change them. Sure someone will make one in time.

But it is really easy Its about 12 bolts and two plugs.

There is tips and info in this thread about what to do though.

Depending on what colour you are after, there have been leather DS3 interiors on eBay. There is black leather listed now, but £80 for each part of the 3 part rear bench set and no front seats listed.
