  • Tool for removing wheel nut caps

Had to take the rear wheels off yesterday to fit the mudflaps, when I went in the boot to find the tool that removes the wheelnut caps it wasn't there. I used a long nosed pliers and managed not to scratch the alloys. Has anyone else noticed if they have the correct tool? (no rude replies).

I've definitely got the correct tool. Have you got a spare wheel or just the repair kit? If it's the latter they probably don't supply the wheelnut cap removing tool.

If you have a spare wheel then the "tool" should be with the jack etc, however if you have the tyre inflator/tube of gunk then you don't have the tool.....I did list the part no and price for the tool in an earlier post

chrome nut cap remover tool is C676305 @ £2.35 + vat.
