Reputable bodywork/paint sprayers?

Has anyone got any dealings with some paint sprayers in the north west?

I'm trying to gather a few quotes around for some work I need doing on my car; both rear quarters near & offside have been keyed to the metal.

One place has quoted me £400 already, saying that the door and rear bumper would need blending in, as the scratch was "too close" to the panel edge.
