    Yeah I can see his frustration too, I would be the same, as I was when my brand new PS3 broke within a month of purchase and then 3 replacements also broke in the next 24m !! This frustration is obviously greater with a larger purchase.....

    Hopefully Citroen can fix it and restore his happiness with the new DS3

      Omg seriously everyone, this guy has every right to be pissed off, why should we make excuses for something that fails after 90 days 90 DAYS!!! shit the bed i would be pissed too.

        I would also be upset but as long as dealer is good about it and is responsive wouldn't let it dull my like for the car. After all its not the dealers fault, no one can predict when something will fail. On the other hand bad customer service after having a problem would turn me off in a heartbeat.

            We now have the car back and it turns out that the fault was a disconnected plug from the control module. Lets hope thats the end of the problems...

                Who knows, maybe it'd been hanging on from build and the shocking state of the roads finally bounced it free?? All sorted thou so happy wifey again. Just gotta get the music on the USB right and away we go...

                  Possibly a pothole jinxy?
                  I went over a horrible pothole on M23/25 junction recently and think it was that, that shook few bolts up in the engine bay
                  Horrible noise a few days later- Citroen dealt with it great! Good dealership even though werent a warranty issue
