Need some advice

It's extremely worrying don't get me wrong with the ease of gaining finance and my situation has all come about through miss-selling of policies (endowments). Until I receive compensation which will clear the mortgage, I need to protect my home, car and assets.

Thank you for your opinions guys and based on them I'm keeping the car and until everything is sorted will have to look into this balloon payment.
